Reserved camping is available in campground A and B, allowing guests to choose their campsite. Reserved camping allows groups who wish to camp together the option of arriving at different times.
RFM Members and VIP campground
Members, sponsors and VIP are entitled to make use of the Members and VIP campground. Campsites are not mapped out and are on a first come first served basis. If camping in a group, it is advisable to all arrive at once, as spots cannot be held.
One night camping
Camping for a single night is available near the entry gate for those who are only coming up for one day. Multiple nights in this location is not permitted, check out time is noon.
Camping is a major part of the RFM experience, and we strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
All of our campgrounds are clean, well lit and monitored by twenty-four hour security and medical services. There is daily trash collection, our portable washroom facilities are cleaned numerous times per day, a mobile ice cart goes through the campgrounds and ice is available at the shower area located at the south side of campground A. RV water and pumping service is available, and fresh water for your pool can be arranged.
Reclaiming your campsite
Pre-sales of festival and campsite tickets are available throughout the weekend at our office near the concert entrance, and until September 30th through our phone line. Until August 31st, only members may buy a deck ticket. During the presale period, you may purchase your current site or any unoccupied site.
After the pre-sale, your current campsite is available to anyone, it cannot be held.
When you arrive at the main entrance, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband that must be worn at all times. Those found without a wristband will be ejected from the site. You must have I.D. with you at all times.
When entering the concert site you will be subject to a search and bags will be opened for inspection. Unopened water bottles are the only beverage permitted. Se the rules for additional information.
Seating cannot be reserved, you may bring in your own lawn chair or blanket.
Vendors and washrooms are available and during the day there are numerous activities going on.
Accessible seating and parking
Day parking is available on the North Side of the concert area near the first aid booth. You must have a provincially issued ACCESSIBLE permit to park; there is no charge for parking.
An accessible seating area is available at the top of the concert bowl hill in front of the stage. Security and gate personnel are on-hand for assistance if needed. For those with a deck pass, accessible seating is available as well.
Accessible camping is available. You must have a provincially issued ACCESSIBLE permit to camp.
Every effort will be made to accommodate those needing accessible services, but please allow us advance notice in order to make arrangements.
The concert may be interrupted in the event of inclement weather and resume again as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a “rain or shine” basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.
