Why was the 2020 festival postponed?
Due to COVID-19, Rockin the Fields of Minnedosa has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 festival for the safety of our patrons, volunteers, service providers, artists, sponsors and staff.
I am considering allowing my tickets to roll over into next year, will the lineup stay the same?
We're currently working with agents and artists and are very hopeful that the 2020 festival artists will return for the 2021 festival. However, we cannot guarantee the lineup will not change.
What’s the best thing to do at this time regarding transferring or requesting a refund?
Please be patient with us. Our staff is currently following COVID-19 public health orders and working remotely as well. We will be reaching out to each and every ticket purchaser in the coming weeks with options and details as we want to make this process as seamless as possible for everyone.
How do I transfer my tickets, campsites and seats over to the 2021 festival?
We will be reaching out to each and every ticket purchaser in the coming weeks to discuss options available and how to proceed. However, note that if you are wanting your tickets to just roll into 2021, you will not need to fill out any request form, as this will be done automatically.

When will refunds be processed?
Due to the complicated nature of the transfer/refund process and the added administration involved, refunds may take between 30-60 days.
I have not purchased my tickets directly from Rockin the Fields, How do I get a refund?
Rockin the Fields of Minnedosa t is not responsible for issuing refunds that have not been processed through our ticketing site. You must contact the third-party seller that you have purchased your tickets from directly in order to obtain a refund.
I have won tickets to Rockin the Fields 2020, What happens now?
