2026 Festival Rules and Protocol for a Safe and Enjoyable Weekend

Main Gate

Entrance OPEN Thurs July 30 to Sun August 2, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • For safety reasons, no camping trailers/RVs access permitted after 8:00 pm
  • All vehicles entering the gates must stop and speak to an attendant upon each entry.
  • All motorized vehicles that enter the gates must display a valid camping (vehicle) sticker, affixed to the windshield.
  • All vehicles when departing must follow the posted exit signs.

Concert tickets must be exchanged for wristbands upon arrival.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times.
  • Are not to be tampered with and are subject to inspection at any time.

Campground Areas

Respect your neighbors. Quiet time hours are 3:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. No unauthorized solicitation.

For safety reasons, no camping trailers/RV access permitted after 8:00 p.m.

  • Valid wristbands are required by all to be in the campgrounds.
  • Drive slowly ALWAYS, when arriving and departing from the premises.
  • Vehicles are not allowed to cruise around the campsites at any time.
  • One vehicle per campsite is allowed.
  • Valid camping pass required for entry and pass must be affixed to windshield.

Items allowed on site are:

  • Mobility/accessibility equipment is permitted with proof of requirement.
  • Propane BBQ’s or gas stoves, permitted in the camping area
  • Generators. Please refrain from using generators after midnight or while you are away from your campsite. RFM reserves the right to limit noise and rowdiness at anytime and anywhere.
  • Clean campsites. Use the bags, as provided and place in the lane way, near your campsite flag for mid-morning pick up or place at the nearest garbage barrel or dumpster.

Items NOT allowed, strictly prohibited and unauthorized on site are:

  • Personal ATV’s, golf carts, dirt bikes, scooters, e-bikes
  • Glass bottles or glass containers
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pets of any kind, in the camping, festival, or parking areas
  • Open flames, fireworks, floating lanterns, or drones of any kind
  • Excessive garbage remaining onsite after festival. Removal will be at the expense of the registered campsite owner of $100.

First Aid and Security

Contact numbers are posted throughout the festival grounds, campground sites, at all entrance and exits points, in the event guide and on the RFM website www.rockinthefields.ca 

First Aid – Available 24 hours, Thursday to Monday

  • First aid trailer is located across from 12th street, at Clarke’s Hill and Campground A, between the shower building and the lower deck entrance access.

Security – Available 24 hours, Thursday to Monday

  • Accessible by phone or in person at First Aid Trailer, Main Gate, Campground B, and Vendor entrance/exit points.

For patron’s safety and enjoyment at festival please be aware of the following protocols:

  • RFM and security personnel have the final say regarding issues and reserve the right to limit noise and rowdiness at anytime and anywhere. Quiet time hours are 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Patrons engaging in violent, obscene, or unruly behavior will be immediately removed from the concert bowl area, campgrounds, or parking lots, and will be handed over to the RCMP.
    • Rockin’ the Fields of Minnedosa is not responsible for any damage, thefts, lost tickets, or personal injury. While away from your campsite, please keep your property locked.

Concert Bowl Area

OPEN Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.

  • Entrance and exit points are clearly identified.
  • Wristbands must always be worn, are not to be tampered with, and are subject to inspection at any time.
  • Possible entrance delays can be expected as we adhere to maintain safety protocol.
  • Lawn chairs and blankets for seating are permitted.
  • Patrons must be 18 years or over to purchase liquor
  • Patrons are required to carry PHOTO identification and must be able to produce, if asked for or risk being ejected from the area
  • Mobility/accessibility equipment is permitted with proof of requirement.

RFM Branstone Deck Hours

  • Friday 5 PM to 1 AM
  • Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 4PM to ALL *Activities 12 PM to 4 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday 5PM to 1AM Deck Passes ONLY

ALL patrons are susceptible to an entrance search for personal belongings and effects

  • Please expect delays for entry to meet our safety requirements
  • No outside liquor, food, or beverages other than factory sealed bottled water is permitted.
  • No video cameras, recording devices or drones. Unauthorized recordings of artists are strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized solicitation on site is not permitted
