Rules

Main Gate Arrivals and Departures

  • Main gate entrance open Thursday July 30 to Sunday August 2, 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • NO vehicle/RV access permitted to the campground area after 8:00 pm for safety reason
  • Concert tickets must be exchanged for wristbands upon arrival
  • Wristbands must always be worn, are not to be tampered with, and are subject to inspection at any time
  • All motorized vehicles must display a valid camping(vehicle) sticker to enter the gates, and it must be affixed to the window
  • All vehicles entering the gates must stop and speak to an attendant upon each entry
  • All vehicles depart by following the posted exit signs

Campgrounds

  • Drive slowly through the campgrounds when arriving and leaving
  • Valid wristbands required to be in the campgrounds
  • One vehicle per campsite, a valid camping pass must be affixed to the vehicle
  • Respect your neighbors and quiet time hours
  • Propane BBQ’s or gas stoves permitted in the camping area
  • Keep your campsite clean and use the garbage and recycling bags provided. Tied bags can be placed at your campsite flag for pick up or put in garbage barrels or dumpsters nearby
  • Vehicles are not allowed to cruise around the campsites at any time
  • Excessive garbage (such as furniture, vehicles, and campers) remaining on site the Tuesday after the concert will be removed at the expense of the person registered at the campsite plus a fee of $100
  • Generators are allowed on site. Please refrain from using generators after midnight or while you are away from your campsite
  • RFM reserves the right to limit noise & rowdiness at anytime and anywhere. For safety reasons, NO vehicle/RV access permitted to the campground area after 8:00 pm
  • No personal ATV’s, golf carts, dirt bikes, scooters, e-bikes, etc. allowed on site
  • No glass bottles or glass containers allowed
  • No weapons of any kind are allowed on site and will be confiscated
  • No pets are allowed in the camping, festival, or parking areas
  • No open flames, fireworks, floating lanterns, or drones of any kind allowed on site

Concert Bowl Area

  • (OPEN Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.)
  • Entrance and exit points are clearly identified.
  • Wristbands must always be worn, are not to be tampered with, and are subject to inspection at any time.
  • Possible entrance delays can be expected as we adhere to maintain safety protocol
  • Lawn chairs and blankets for seating are permitted.
  • Patrons must be 18 years or over to purchase liquor
  • Patrons are required to carry PHOTO identification and must be able to produce, if asked for or risk being ejected from the area
  • Mobility/accessibility equipment is permitted with proof of requirement.
  • All patrons are susceptible to an entrance search for personal belongings and effects.
  • Please expect delays for entry.
  • No outside liquor, food, or beverages other than factory sealed bottled water is permitted.
  • No video cameras, recording devices or drones. Unauthorized recordings of artists are strictly prohibited.
  • Unauthorized solicitation on site is not permitted
